- Intensive training (at least 4 times per week).

Pathway and Screening Pro
Plan B Global Pro's screening system is unique due to its tailored approach. Each player follows a Pathway tailored to their profile and potential., helps maximizing their chances of success. This system is based on a expert guidance, with coachs UEFA B, professional recruiters and agents who oversee every stage of the evaluation process. Thanks to this system, players have access to real opportunities thanks to a partner club network in Europe and North America, opening doors to professional careers. In addition, the program offers a complete training covers technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects to prepare players for top-level competition and maximize their chances of success.
1️⃣ Phase 1 - Initial selection
Players start with a evaluation in our academy Plan B United, where they are tested on their technical, tactical and physical skills. This first stage enables us to identify players with the potential to join our advanced program in Portugal.
2️⃣ Phase 2 - Intensive Preparation (1 to 2 months)
Selected players take part in a specific preparation program including :
- Private training sessions with UEFA B coaches and partner agents
- Individualized technical and tactical assessment sessions
- Video analysis of performances and error correction.
- Physical tests and mental preparation
- Test matches against local teams
- Assessments by recruiters and partner clubs
This intensive training course enables players to hone their skills before moving to Europe.
3️⃣ Phase 3 - Club Placement
Depending on performance and feedback from scouts, players can be placed in clubs at different levels:
- D1, D2, D3, Portuguese CNS, Distrital, D5, D6, D7
- Integration into professional academies
- Club opportunities in North America (MLS, CPL, etc.)
